Sometimes I wonder if what I’m writing is enjoyable to others or if my skills as a writer are improving (authors kind of work in a void, if you know what I mean). Getting to read reviews from my readers (both good and bad) makes that connection live (at least in my brain). Reading positive reviews feels fantastic.
